In order to expand research and provide solutions in health and treatment and eradication of infectious and tropical diseases by attracting the cooperation of scientific, research and health centers in the country and neighboring countries in this field, according to its statutes, a research center to establish the following goals Has been:
1- Development and application of human knowledge in the field of infectious and tropical knowledge
2- Carrying out basic epidemiological and clinical researches in order to reform the system of providing health services in order to meet the needs of the Islamic society.
3- Collecting, organizing and classifying relevant documents, articles and documents
4- Training the required force and researcher in the field of infectious and tropical diseases and epidemiology
5- Encouraging, encouraging and employing researchers
6- Efforts to attract the attention and cooperation of relevant research and executive centers in the country
7- Scientific cooperation with research and training centers of other countries and the international organization in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran
Infectious and Tropical Diseases Research Center of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences was established in 1373 and in 1997 it was approved by the Council for the Development of Medical Universities. This center has a statute, organizational chart, high council, strategic council, research council with the authority to approve research projects.

Mission Statement:
Infectious and Tropical Diseases Research Center of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences was established in 1373 and in 1997 it was approved by the Council for the Development of Medical Universities. This center has a statute, organizational chart, high council, strategic council and research council. Infectious and Tropical Diseases Research Center is a member of Infectious and Tropical Diseases Research Network, Emerging and Recurrent Diseases Network and Hepatitis Network and is active in all fields of infectious and tropical medicine.
Center Vision:
As a reputable research center in the country, we intend to play a key role in controlling the epidemic and health planning in Iran while trying to promote research in infectious and tropical medicine.
